Villa Maria - Split

exactly what we were looking for, 100% recommend. thanks for really nice stay, having setting near a river. beds are very comfy. it opens out onto garden. many thanks to amazing personal.

Whenever I visit this place, I keep coming back. The staff is helpful and once they even assisted my elderly parents. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchenware, AC, laundry. Can't wait to come back for Christmas.

The owners were amazing hosts, their sons were super helpful, and the day boat trip was mind-blowing. The freshly baked pastries in the evening were jaw-dropping, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like staying at a relative's home. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The apartment is decent so close to Split, Trogir and Krka waterfalls, and multiple beaches. Everything is great, I would be happy to recommend the venue.

I recently stayed at Villa Maria in Split for a week-long vacation with my partner. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped, with a fantastic swimming pool that was beautifully illuminated in the evenings. We loved the convenience of having a bakery right next door, and there was a shop just a short 400m walk away. The owners of the hotel were absolutely lovely and incredibly responsive to any needs we had. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the gardens and pool were beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was a day trip to Brac island on the host's boat, where we enjoyed snorkeling and exploring the area. the location was great, with a short walk to a nice small harbor and a river nearby. the hosts provided excellent service and were always available to help. it was a fantastic experience with abundant fruit and vegetables from the garden.

There was some smoke from the neighbors' grill, which was a bit bothersome at times.

The apartment felt like home and was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and bus stop within walking distance. We enjoyed eating outside by the pool and the beautiful garden added to the overall ambiance.

Occasionally, there was some noise from outside that disturbed our sleep. Also, the internet connection was not reliable during our stay which made it difficult to plan and book activities online.

The family who owns the house were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and lack of crowds, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I highly recommend Villa Maria for its excellent value and wonderful experience.

From the moment I arrived at Villa Maria, I could sense the warm and authentic atmosphere of Croatia. The apartments were beautifully prepared and furnished with great attention to detail, making me feel right at home. The pool area surrounded by fruit trees added a touch of serenity to my stay. I also had the pleasure of going on Dario's boat trip to Brac, an very nice experience.

The bedroom did get a bit warm at night, but it was manageable.

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering us snacks and drinks upon arrival. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We also loved the beautiful garden and pool area, which provided a peaceful retreat during our holiday.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy about our stay was the noise from the nearby road during the day. While it didn't impact our sleep, it was a bit of a distraction when we were trying to relax by the pool.
